We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds except in cases of defective products or incorrect shipments. Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide details about the issue. We will arrange a return and provide either a replacement or a refund, depending on product availability. Any associated shipping costs will be covered by us.

Please note that the right of withdrawal (cooling-off) does not apply to purchases made through this online store, as it is applicable only to door-to-door sales under Japanese consumer law.

返品・返金について

商品不良および誤配送を除く返品・交換は承っておりません。ご注文前に必ずご確認ください。

万一、不良品または誤配送の商品が届いた場合は、商品到着後7日以内にお問い合わせページよりご連絡ください。商品の状態を確認後、交換または返金にて対応いたします。在庫状況により交換品をご用意できない場合は返金対応とさせていただきます。返品送料は当店が負担いたします。

なお、クーリングオフは訪問販売に適用される制度です。当サイトでの販売は通信販売にあたるため、クーリングオフ制度は適用されません。予めご了承ください。
