Free shipping on orders of 30,000 JPY or more; a flat rate of 3,000 JPY applies to orders under 30,000 JPY.
Shipping
Orders are shipped via Yamato International Express. Orders will be shipped within 10 business days after the day your order is confirmed.
- Customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees are the responsibility of the customer based on the regulations of the destination country.
- These fees are to be paid directly to the carrier or customs broker upon delivery.
- As charges vary by item, country, and timing, please contact your local customs office for details.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted only in cases of defective or incorrectly delivered items. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
If a replacement item is unavailable due to stock limitations, a refund will be issued instead.
Other
- Please contact us before shipment if you need to change your delivery address.
- We are unable to redeliver or forward items once they have been shipped.
- If a package is returned due to extended absence or incorrect address, any redelivery shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
- Cancelled orders cannot be reshipped. Please place a new order if needed.
- We do not offer split shipments or gift wrapping services. Multiple items will be shipped together based on the latest available item.
- Minor scratches or dents on the outer packaging, as well as wrinkles in garments, are unavoidable during shipping. We appreciate your understanding.

10,000円以上で送料無料。10,000円未満は一律550円（税込）。

ご注文確定後、10営業日以内に発送いたします。予約商品は各商品ページ記載の発送予定日に準じます。生産状況により発送時期が前後する場合がございます。配送はヤマト運輸にて行います。

返品・交換
お客様都合による返品・交換はお受けしておりません。商品に不良があった場合、またはご注文内容と異なる商品が届いた場合に限り、商品到着後7日以内にお問い合わせページよりご連絡ください。
在庫状況により交換品をご用意できない場合は、返金対応とさせていただきます。
